A little about me
Hi, I'm Becky.
I run Country Chick's Solutions LLC, a solo operations support business I started in 2020, backed by more than 20 years of experience helping business owners get organized.
I am not the kind of assistant who takes a checklist and ticks it off. Most of the owners I work with do not need another person to manage. They already have too much on their plate. They need someone who comes in, sees where things are slipping, learns how the business works, and takes ownership of those pieces.
The problem an owner thinks they have often is not the real one. "I need help with my inbox" can really mean there is no follow-up system. "I need bookkeeping help" can really mean there is no visibility into what is happening financially. I look for the real problem and close the gap.
Lately that includes AI. I set it up the same way I do everything else: around how your business actually runs, with you making the decisions.

I will not exaggerate, manufacture urgency, or promise results I cannot control.

Every client is treated with dignity, including on the hard days.

Automation removes busywork. Contracts, money and relationships stay with humans.

Clarity where there was confusion, structure where there was chaos, and less for you to carry alone.
Who I work best with
A good fit
Owners who feel overwhelmed and are ready to hand off admin work. I focus on contractors, home-service businesses and growing family-owned businesses, and I gladly work with coaches, authors, nonprofits and startups referred to me.
Probably not a fit
Anyone not ready to grow, or not willing to let admin work go to someone better suited to it.
I keep my client list small on purpose so every client gets my real attention.
